This generous 11.5" fry pan features a stainless steel cooking surface for even browning and easy cleanup, an interior core composed of five layers of aluminum for precise, rapid heat adjustment, and an induction-capable stainless steel bottom.
This pan features two "helper" handles for easy movement, and its double-handle design eliminates longer "stick" handles, allowing it to fit under the hood of almost any outdoor gas or charcoal grill, including all popular ceramic kamado grills!
ANYWARE is rated to 500°F for use over virtually any cooking surface, including gas ranges, gas and charcoal grills, and induction cooktops. ANYWARE may be used in the oven up to its maximum heat rating.
